TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Course fees must be paid in full before a course begins.
  • All fees include GST and the cost of materials, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment may be made by cash/direct credit/cheque/EFTPOS/Visa/Mastercard.
  • Refunds may be made if we receive notification not less than 1 week prior to the start of a course; they incur a $60 administration fee.
  • No refunds are given less than 1 week prior to the start of a course or after a course has begun. 
  • Refunds are not given for absence from class for any reason, nor is there any crediting of fees.
  • Lessons are not held on public holidays, but are made up later.
  • Euroasia reserves the right to substitute teachers or postpone a class; every effort would be made to inform enrolled students in advance.
  • Whether a course proceeds is subject to minimum student numbers. In the event of a cancellation/postponement initiated by Euroasia, you will have the option of enrolling for the next available course or obtaining a full refund of fees paid.
  • Euroasia staff take all reasonable care during the course to ensure your well-being.   However, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred on the school premises or on a school activity off the premises.
  • All students are responsible for their own personal property at all times.
  • In enrolling for a course with Euroasia, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms and conditions.

Additional conditions for under-18s

  • We require the signature of a parent or a caregiver for us to accept an enrolment on one of our courses.  
  • We reserve the right to exclude from classes any person who is having a disruptive influence; in this case, there would be no refund or crediting of fees.
  • In the event of a child or young person requiring urgent medical treatment, staff would arrange this at the expense of the parent or caregiver.

Additional conditions for packages

  • 1+2 Packages are for consecutive courses only.
  • With 4-course Packages, it is possible to take a break as long as we are advised in advance of the course starting, but any outstanding courses are forfeit in the event of a break of 6 months or more. 

Additional conditions for private classes

  • Clients may change times and dates at no additional cost provided notice is given no later than 24 hours preceding the lesson; however, in the event of a cancellation later than this point, fees are forfeit for the lesson in question.
  • Clients may arrange times and dates directly with the teacher concerned, but any extensions to courses must be arranged through Euroasia’s main office.
  • Courses may be suspended for up to 6 months, but after that point any outstanding fees are forfeit.
